General Terms & Conditions
1 Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to all guests of Vila Mir (as of 2022).
2. Bookings
Guests can inquire and book Vila Mir directly.
The booking is confirmed with a booking confirmation of Vila Mir.
3. Minimum Stay
Minimum 2 nights, main season (July and August) 5 nights
4. Payments
20% upon booking confirmation by bank transfer
80% 4 weeks before arrival
The booking becomes definite with the deposit payment. If the deposit payment, according to the booking confirmation, is not received on time, the reservation will not be valid. The accommodation can be rented to someone else.
We recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance when making the booking.
5. Prices
All prices correspond to the current prices per travel period, which are shown on the homepage on the Internet or are available on request.
The municipality of Radovljica charges a tourist tax of 2,50 EUR per person and night.
Children until 7 years of age are not charged with the local tourist tax. Children between 7-18 years pay 50% of the local tourist tax.
6. Arrival and departure
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance. If we do not receive your arrival time, we will assume that you will arrive at 2:00 PM. If you expect to arrive later, please inform us in advance via WhatsApp at +386 31 367 335.
Early arrivals are possible upon availability and require our confirmation.
7. Payment
All costs for the overnight stay at Vila Mir include local tax, VAT, final cleaning except tourist tax. All costs must be paid before arrival and as per deposit payment policy.
Additional extra costs that arise locally will be charged upon check-out including tourist tax.
Damage of any kind to the inventory and furnishings at Vila Mir must be reported before departure. These costs will be will be charged upon departure.
8. Right to Refuse
Vila Mir reserves the right to refuse guest access to the house or accommodation if, upon arrival, the renter reasonably believes that the guest is under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs or is acting in a threatening or behaves abusively.
9. House Rules
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
From 11pm guests have to stay in the apartment.
Loud music is not allowed throughout the entire stay.
Parties are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
Guests are not allowed to rent the apartment to third parties.
Only the number of guests that has been confirmed is allowed to stay at the apartment.
10. Damage and Loss
Vila Mir is in not liable for loss of property belonging to guests that have been lost at the accommodation.
Vila Mir is not liable for damage to vehicles parked on the property.
Parents are responsible for their children.
11. Cancellation
Until 7 weeks prior arrival: free of charge
6 to 4 weeks prior arrival: 20% of the total price
1 month to 1 week prior arrival: 80% of the total price
Less than 2 weeks prior arrival or no show: 100% of the total price
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance!
12. Privacy
Your data will only be used for reservation, booking, billing and registration in the Municipality of Radovljica.
13. Pictures
It can happen that furnitures are replaced or removed. Changes will only be made in order to upgrade the apartment. Pictures will not be changed for small changes.
